All orders are delivered by Second Class Royal Mail. Orders received prior 4pm Monday to Friday will be posted same day.
Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday.
Orders received on a Bank Holiday will be posted the next working day.


If you are not completely satisfied with the products you ordered, you have the statutory right under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 to return any items ordered within 14 days. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Bottle For Life Ltd unless the return is as a result of an error on our part.

You will then be provided with further instructions. Refunds for returned items will only be made where the item(s) is not damaged. The refund is usually made within 14 days from the date the item(s) has been received by us into our warehouse from the external couriers.


In the UK you have the right, under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, to cancel your order within 7 working days following your receipt of the goods. Refunds for orders cancelled under the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 will be processed in accordance with your legal rights. Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have a duty to take reasonable care of products whilst they are in your possession.

You will receive a full refund for the purchase price of the products. If you are not at home when we attempt to collect the goods we reserve the right to deduct from your refund of charge your debit / credit card the direct costs to us for the failed return in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If any product is damaged or faulty upon receipt, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate, in accordance with your legal rights. If within 1 year of your purchase you return the product with your order confirmation and provided the damage is not due your negligence, we will provide either a replacement product or a full refund. Replacements are provided at no extra cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you believe a product is faulty you should contact us on 0800 111 4898 or email to arrange return / collection of the product as instructed. We aim to process any applicable refunds within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse.

Please note that for security reasons we cannot refund a different card to the one you made the original purchase with and we can only send out replacement product(s) to the address used in your original order. If the damage to a faulty product is deemed to be malicious, no refund will be made.


In the extremely rare event that we may recall a product or products, you agree to cooperate fully with us and will provide all reasonable assistance as required by us.
